Bupivacaine.HCl(0.25%) - 50mg
One vial(20ml) contains
Bupivacaine.HCI(0.5%) - 100mg

Indication & Usage :
Conduction anesthesia, epidual anesthesia

Dosage & Administration :

The dose of any local anesthetic administered varies with the anesthetic region, the area to be anesthetized, the vascularity of the tissues, symptom, constitution, age and the physical condition of the patient. The recommended single dose is 2mg/kg.

Indication & Usage :
Spinal anesthesia for surgery(Urological and low limb surgery lasting 2~3 hours, abdominal surgery lasting 45~60 minutes)

Dosage & Administration

Spinal anesthesia for surgery : 2~4ml(10~20mg bupivacaine hydrochloride) According to age, anesthetic region, anesthetic area, tissue, constitution, physical condition, the dosage may be changed.

Composition : One vial(20ml) contains
Procaine.HCI - 400mg

Indication & Usage :
Indicated for spinal anesthesia

Dosage & Administration :

• As with all local anesthetics, the dose of this medicine varies and depends upon the area to be anesthetized, the vascularity of the tissues, the number of neuronal segments to be blocked, individual tolerance, and the technique of anesthesia. The lowest dose needed to provide effective anesthesia should be administered.
• The diluent may be sterile normal saline, sterile distilled water, spinal fluid; and for hyperbaric technique, sterile dextrose solution.
• The usual rate of injection is 1mL per 5 seconds. Full anesthesia and fixation usually occur in 5 minutes.

Indication & Usage :
To reduce tactile sensitivity in the male in advance of intercourse.

Dosage & Administration

• Apply 2~5 spray to head and shaft of penis, 5~15 minutes before intercourse.
• Correct quantity and time of application will be determined by individual required. Do not spray to exceed 184mg within 24 hours.

One ampoule(3ml) contains Midazolam - 15mg

Indication & Usage :

• Intramuscularly for preoperative sedation/amnesia
• Intravenously as an agent for sedation prior to or during diagnostic, therapeutic or endoscopic procedures, such as bronchoscopy, gastroscopy, cytoscopy, coronary scopy, coronary angiography, cardiac catherization, either alone or in combination with other narcotic analgesics
• Intravenously for induction of general anesthesia before administration of other anesthesia agent
• Intravenous it can be used as a component of intravenous supplementation of nitrous oxide and oxygen (balanced anesthesia)
• Continuous intravenous bolus for sedation of patients in a critical care setting

Dosage & Administration

• Intramuscularly for preoperative sedation/amnesia (1 hour ago) : 0.07~0.08mg/kg

Composition : One ampoule contains
Butorphanol tartrate - 100mg

Indication & Usage :

• Relief of requiring opioid-analgesics
• Pre-operative and pre-anesthetic treatment
• Introduction of anesthesia
• Relief of labor pain

Dosage & Administration

• Intramuscular, 1 to 4mg(usually 2mg) every three to four hours as needed. The effective dose is 0.5~2mg every 3 to 4 hours.
• Intravenous, 500µg(0.5mg) to 2mg(usually 1mg) every three to four hours as needed. The effective dose is 1~4mg every 3 to 4 hours.
• According to age and symptom, the dosage may be changed.

Composition : One ampoule contains
Nalbuphine.HCI - 10mg

Indication & Usage :

• Moderate and severe pain, supplement to balanced anesthesia, for pre- and post-operative analgesia, and for obstetrical analgesia during labor and delivery

Dosage & Administration

• In the case of narcotic poisoning, the dosage is 0.4~2mg intravenously repeated at intervals of 2~3 minutes.
• This dose may be repeated every 3 to 6 hours as necessary. The recommended single maximum dose is 20mg, with a maximum total daily dose of 160mg.
• The use of nalbuphine.HCl as a supplement to balanced anesthesia requires larger those recommended for analgesia. Induction doses of nalbuphine.HCl range from 0.3mg/kg to 3mg/kg intravenously to be administered over a 10 to 15minute period with maintenance dose of 0.25 to 0.5mg/kg in single intravenous administrations as required.
