Indication & Usage :

• Susceptible organisms
  S.pnemoniae, H.influenzae, Staphylococci, S.pyogenes, E.coli, P.mirabillis, Klebsiella sp. Staphylococcus aureus
• Indication
  Otitis media, Low respiratory infection, Upper respiratory infection, Urinary tract infection, Skin and skin structure infections

Dosage & Administration :

• Adults : The usual adult dosage is 250mg every 8 hours. For more severe infections(such as pneumonia) or those caused by less susceptible organisms, doses may be doubled.
• Children : The usual recommended daily dosage for children is 20mg/kg/day in divided doses every 8 hours. In more serious infections, otitis media, and infections caused by less susceptible organisms, 40kg/mg/day are recommended, with a maximum dosage of 1g/day.

Indication & Usage :
Susceptible microorganism : Refer to insert-paper for information Indications : Infections of the urinary tract, respiratory tract, and skin, and also septicaemia and infections in immunocompromised patients

Dosage & Administration :
Cefpirome is given by intravenous injection over 3 to 5 minutes or infusion over 20 to 30 minutes. The usual dose is the equivalent of 1 or 2 g of cefpirome every 12 hours.

Indication & Usage :

Dosage & Administration

1. Adults : Isepamicin sulfate divide 400mg a day in 1-2 times and medicate by intramuscular or intravenous drip injection.
   Intravenous drip injection
   - 1 time a day : injection during 1 hour
   - 2 times a day : injection between 30 minutes and 1 hour
2. Infants and Children(1-12 years) : Isepamicin sulfate divide 15mg/kg a day in 2 times(12 hours intervals) and medicate by intramuscular or intravenous drip injection.

• Pyelonephritis, bladder infection : 120mg two times a day

Teicoplanin - 200mg(Potency)

Indication & Usage :
Teicoplanin is indicated in potentially serious Gram-positive infections including those which cannot be treated with other antimicrobial drugs, eg. penicillins and cephalosporins.

Dosage & Administration

• Adults or elderly patients with normal renal function
  - Moderate infection : skin and soft tissue infection, urinary tract infection, lower respiratory tract infection
• Loading dose : One single I.V. injection of 400mg on the first day
• Maintenance dose : A single I.V. or I.M. injection of 200mg daily
  - Severe infection
• Loading dose : Three times 400mg I.V. injection, administered 12 hours apart
  - Maintenance dose : A single I.V. or I.M. injection of 400mg daily

Dosage & Administration
