Composition
One ampoule(4ml) contains Labetalol.HCL - 20mg
One ampoule(20ml) contains Labetalol.HCL - 100mg

Indication & Usage :
Severe hypertension due to emergency(including in the hypertension of pregnancy), hypertension
due to acute cardiac infarction, blood pressure depressant during anesthesia.

Dosage & Administration

• Hypertension : If it is essential to reduce the blood pressure quickly, a dose of 50mg should be given by intravenous injection. If necessary, dose of 50mg may be repeated at five minute intervals until a satisfactory response occurs. The total dose should not be exceed 200mg. Intravenous infusion : The resultant infusion solution contains 1mg/ml of labetalol hydrochloride.
• In the hypertension of pregnancy : The infusion can be started at the rate of 20mg/hour and this dose may be doubled every thirty minutes until a dosage of 160mg/hour.
• Hypertension due to acute cardiac infarction : The infusion can be started at the rate of 15mg/hour and maximum dose may be increased 120mg/hour.
• In anesthesia : The recommended starting dose is 10~20mg by intramuscular. If blood pressure is not regulated after five minutes, increments of 5~10mg should be administered until the desired level of blood pressure is attained.

Indication & Usage :
In the case of short-term treatment, increment of cardiac out associated with low output cardiac failure due to heart disease, open heart surgery.

Dosage & Administration :

• The usual infusion rate is 2.5~10mg/kg/min. Maximal rate is 40mg/kg/min by intravenously.
• According to response, age, symptom, the dosage may be changed.

Indication & Usage :

• Hypertension
• Cardiac failure : Adjunctive therapy with Diuretic or Digitalis

Dosage & Administration

• Hypertension : Initial - 5mg once a day
  Maintenance - 10 to 40mg per day, as a single dose or in two divided doses
• Cardiac failure : Initial - 2.5mg once or twice a day
  Maintenance - 5 to 40mg per day, as a single dose or in two divided doses
• According to age, disease, symptom, the dosage may be changed.

Indication & Usage :
Treatment of unresponsive left ventricular failure secondary to acute myocardial infarction, unresponsive left ventricular failure of various aetiology and severe or unstable angina pectoris

Dosage & Administration

In general, a dose of between 2 and 7 mg per hour is suitable although doses as high as 10 mg per hour may be necessary.
SORBID injection is supplied as a concentrated solution and should never be injected directly. It should always be administered as an intravenous admixture with a suitable vehicle such as Sodium Chloride injection or Dextrose injection. Prepared SORBID admixtures are always given by intravenous infusion or with the aid of a syringe pump.

Indication & Usage :

• Angina Pectoris

Dosage & Administration

• Hypertension
  Usually for adult, 2 to 4mg of benidipine hydrochloride is orally administered once daily after breakfast. The dosage may be adjusted depending on the age and symptoms of the patient and can be increased up to 8mg once daily if the effect is not satisfactory with 2 to 4mg. In case, however, of severe hypertension, 4 to 8mg of benidipine hydrochloride is orally administered once daily after breakfast.
• Angina Pectoris
  Usually for adults, 4mg of benidipine hydrochloride is orally administered twice daily after breakfast and supper. The dosage may be adjusted depending on the age and symptoms of the patient.
